How We Process Personal Data
We collect and use your personal data solely to process your orders and communicate with you. If you subscribe to our customer newsletter, we will use your email address to send it to you. We will also send you status messages from asergo.com if you have requested these messages through our customer administration interface. Additionally, we collect and process data provided by job applicants during the application process.

We do not collect or store credit card numbers or verification codes. This information is disclosed only to the respective payment service provider. We delete all your registration data within 24 months of account deletion or once the statutory retention period expires. You can delete your user account by sending an email to [email protected]. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
Email Addresses
If you subscribe to our newsletter or request automated messages from Asergo, we store your email address. We use the double opt-in method to ensure you want to receive the newsletter.
