We have dedicated substantial effort to planning, testing, and building our new network infrastructure. This upgrade ensures higher network tolerance and resilience, providing seamless service and planned changes without impacting your operations.

Kubernetes Improvements

We have significantly overhauled our dashboard upgrade system for both our operating system and Kubernetes platform. This update enhances your experience, improves security, and provides more flexibility in managing your deployments. Key improvements include:

• Improved User Experience: We've streamlined the upgrade process to make it more intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.
• Automatic Rollback: In the rare event of a failed upgrade, the system will automatically revert to the previous stable version, ensuring continuous operation and minimizing downtime.
• Pod Security Admission: We've enabled the Pod Security Admission feature, providing a robust security framework for your Kubernetes pods and enforcing security policies.
• Auto-Generated Upgrade Plan: We now offer an auto-generated upgrade plan tailored to your specific environment, providing a clear roadmap for a confident upgrade.

New Data Center: CPH3-DK

We are pleased to announce that our new CPH3-DK data center at DigitalRealty is now online. This expansion enhances our redundant infrastructure across both data centers, providing off-site Object Storage and backup services at speeds of multiple 100G without additional charges for data transfer. CPH2-DK and CPH3-DK are interconnected by a private fiber ring controlled by Asergo, ensuring uninterrupted service at both sites.

Additionally, we have established extra internet connectivity through CPH3-DK and are now connected to the NLix Internet Exchange. This enables us to run CPH2-DK and CPH3-DK internet connectivity in an active/active mode, further ensuring uninterrupted service.

Dedicated Servers Upgrades

• Network Topology: Our new dedicated server network topology will gradually migrate server hardware from 1G/10G uplink connectivity to 2 x 10G or 25G uplink, enhancing performance and reliability.
• KVM Enhancements: We have significantly upgraded our KVM for dedicated servers, making it easier to use with a single access method. The remote KVM client now starts faster and is more responsive.
• OS Install System: We are developing a new OS install system for all dedicated servers to improve ease of use, speed up the installation process, and build in fault tolerance. Additionally, you will be able to upload ISO images to your personal storage space and use them as install media, supporting any operating system that can be installed via an ISO image.

Artificial Intelligence Initiatives

Amidst the hype surrounding AI, we have adopted a practical approach. We are collaborating with a team to provide AI solutions without the burden of high costs. We are currently developing our own LLM on a specialized hardware platform, which can function as worker nodes within your Kubernetes cluster or as a standalone server. ISO/GDPR and General Security

Our ISO 27001 "Bare-metal Kubernetes hosting" certification is now a reality. Even if you only have dedicated servers with us, your deployment is fully covered by this certification. We are evaluating additional certifications for enhanced compliance.

Final Words

We have received inquiries about how we handle customer data. Our policy is to host all infrastructure systems in-house, primarily within Kubernetes clusters or on dedicated servers for certain applications. This includes mail servers, DNS, accounting, sales, ticket systems, dashboards, web analytics, network infrastructure, DDoS prevention, databases, and more. No third parties or external cloud solutions are used for storing or collecting data.
